About Sanidhay Kumar

AI wasn't built for anyone. I translate it for the people running Indian businesses.

Most people find me by searching "Sanidhay Kumar tech coach." That's the room I started in. Translating AI for them is the work I do in it now.

AI wasn't designed for Indian small business owners. It was released as a research preview and inherited by enterprises with consultants. The 63 million MSMEs that actually run India's economy got nothing. No documentation, no implementation path, no one to translate the leverage into a language they could act on.

AI is three years old. I've spent 13 years translating technology for the people who now have to use it.

I was teaching Indian SMBs to run customer conversations on WhatsApp at a time when the platform officially didn't allow it. In 2020, when most "WhatsApp marketing" still meant broadcast spam, I was shipping conversational bots that closed leads. In June 2023, three months after AutoGPT existed, I demonstrated an AI executive assistant in a workshop to business owners who had barely opened ChatGPT.

Today, 1 million+ Indians use ops tracking systems I built. 10,000+ SMB owners have been coached through them. 2,000+ businesses have shipped AI inside their operations in the last three years alone.

The reason this work compounds: I'm not an AI person who learned business. I'm a technologist who spent 13 years inside Indian SMBs (cybersecurity, IT services, automation) before AI ever became the conversation. The psychology degree sitting under all of it sounds irrelevant until you've watched 1000s of dashboards get built and ignored. The tool is never the bottleneck. The behaviour change is.

I've spent $130,000+ figuring out which AI capabilities actually work for Indian business owners and which ones quietly fail. That's R&D cost my participants don't pay. Most experiments don't survive contact with a real business. The few that do become the next layer for everyone else.

What I'm betting on now: agent-to-agent commerce will end discovery itself. Within five years, your customers won't search Google or scroll Instagram for what they need. Their personal AI will negotiate with your company's AI, and the brands that survive will be the ones whose agents are already in production. I'm building that layer now, for the same audience I've built everything else for.

Indian SMBs aren't behind on AI.

They're waiting for someone to translate it for them.

I do that.
